We Have Kittens!!!

Our cat, Penelope, delivered 4 little kitties last evening! All seem to be doing well. We don't know genders yet but we have 2 blacks, 1 black/white, and 1 gray looking tabby. She had them in our bathroom on a pile of old coats...which is where we were hoping she'd have them. After the delivery, we moved the old coats and replaced them with a pet travel crate (minus the door)filled with towels. So far, Penelope seems as content as can be just laying in her crate with her kitties! I'll post some pics when I get a chance. Right now, I don't want to disturb her and I think I'd need to take the top of the crate off to get some photos. We'll be giving the kitties away to good homes when they are old enough. If there are any boys, one may get to stay here at TaterHill in the rabbit barn. Last night when I told my mom we had kittens, she said "One down...two to go!" She meant me and the dog are left to deliver! haha She said I better go first! I'd rather the dog go first so I can make sure the puppies are settled in!
